Jana Suverova

I recently realized that my job as an Intercultural and Language Professional at the Directorate for Citizens‘ Language is my dream job. Every day brings new challenges and projects, and I love being able to unleash my creativity in the work I do. Working in a multicultural and multilingual environment enriches my life in every way, but I also truly enjoy connecting with translation professionals, professors, and students from Slovakia. I wish to be able to broaden the possibilities for networking and mutual contact with them, since they are a huge source of inspiration and new knowledge for for us EU translators. And maybe – hopefully – I could also be an inspiration for them. :) In my personal life, I’m doing my best to raise three kids in our wonderfully chaotic multilingual family. When I’m not juggling that, I spend my free time learning languages, playing the saxophone, watching movies, hiking, and squeezing in the occasional jog.
